Happy Mantra Monday!
Today’s mantra is one of my favorites. It is simple, easy to remember, and powerful.
BIBO – Breathe in, breathe out.
Take one deep, diaphragmatic breath and feel your belly expand. Hold for a moment, then exhale completely, engaging your abdominal muscles.
BIBO is a helpful reminder of the power of the pause and can be used in a variety of ways, such as just before entering a conversation with a challenging colleague or client.
